December 7 USTET at Baguio City High School
The December 7 USTET in Baguio City High School will push through as scheduled.
For applicants following up on their test permits for the December 7 USTET at Baguio City High School, kindly verify if you (1) have encoded your grades, (2) have answered the information survey, and (3) have clicked the Complete button on your application portal. You must complete your online application for your test permit to be processed. See also your activity log for possible requirements you may have failed to submit. For applicants who have completed their online application and submitted their complete documents to OFAD and still do not have their test permit in their activity log of the application portal, you may proceed to Baguio City High School at 6:00 AM and show the copies of your requirements to our representative. They will evaluate them and will allow you to take the exam if all the documents are complete and correct. Bring your School ID, pencil No. 2, and snacks. The exam starts at 7:00 A.M.
For applicants who have completed their online application requesting to be rescheduled and be included in the December 7 USTET at Baguio City National High School may do so by send us a request letter through email, attaching with it the proof of payment of P150 rescheduling fee (Metrobank or BPI deposit slip; same procedure as paying the application fee) and copy of the latest test permit. Applicants who were not issued their test permits need not pay the P150 rescheduling fee.
Please be guided accordingly. Thank you.
