To all USTET College and Senior High School Applicants for the last USTET schedule in Manila (Dec. 3, 2017)

Posted on: November 20th, 2017 by Gezzez Giezi Granado

1. Because of the weeks of work suspension in UST (due to the UNDAS break and ASEAN Summit), we were not able to receive and accommodate document requirements during the long break. This resulted to the long queue of applicants who personally went to OFAD today (Nov. 20,2017), to submit their requirements.

2. We apologize if we were not able to accommodate everyone today and we had to give out queue numbers that reached up to 4,000. We had to cut the queue up to 1,550 and we plan to accommodate them all today.

3. Queue numbers 1,551-4,000 are requested to come back either tomorrow (Nov. 21, 2017), or on Wednesday (Nov. 22, 2017), with their complete application documents. Please take note that we will only accommodate those applicants with queue numbers on the said dates. In this regard, we also highly encourage these applicants to send their documents via courier to avoid further inconvenience.

(Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate those who would claim to have lost their queue numbers.)

4. The deadline of the USTET Online registration and payment of application fee is on Nov. 21, 2017.

5. The rest of the applicants who already applied online, paid their application fee and still wish to submit their requirements tomorrow are advised to just send their documents via any courier service to avoid inconvenience. We will accept their documents via courier only up to Friday, Nov. 24, 2017. Documents received after Nov. 24, 2017 will no longer be processed.

Please be guided accordingly. Thank you!

Attention: All UST SHS Grade 12 students taking the USTET on November 20, 2017.

ONLY those applicants who have their TEST PERMITS and UST ID will be allowed to take the entrance test.

If you have submitted your documents but you do not see your test permit, please visit Room 102 of the Tan Yan Kee Building at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, 20 November 2017 to know the reason why you do not have your permit yet. You shall be given instructions on how to print your test permit and the possibility of taking the USTET in the afternoon session.

Please be guided accordingly.

Thank you!

We wish you good luck on Monday, 20 November 2017.

God bless you!
